You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
