Formwork carpenter — Allegheny County

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a shopfitting company. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height The role involves: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
