Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Schuyler County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
