Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Delta County, Michigan. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
