Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Washita County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
