Line cook — Missaukee County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Missaukee County, Michigan. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
