Immediate opening: bread baker (Montana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Beaverhead County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
