Catering cook wanted in Iron County

You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
