Sausage maker wanted in Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Montgomery County, Indiana. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
