Captain waiter — Sagbama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sagbama, Bayelsa State. You will be based in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
