Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Mills County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time with occasional weekends.
