Groundskeeper — Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Fulton County, New York. You will work in a residential garden complex. Ideal candidate: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day to day you will lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste.
