Paint booth operator — Manchester

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Manchester, England. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
