Coating plant operator — Williamson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Williamson County, Tennessee. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
