Formwork joiner — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Johnson County, Texas. The role involves: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
