The role involves vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles.
