Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Ness County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Ness County, Kansas. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Full-time, day shift. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
