Scullery hand — Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Logan County, North Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
