Retail butcher — Tipton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Tipton County, Indiana. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
