Plastering hand — Pontotoc County

Join our team: we are hiring a plastering hand in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. Your main tasks: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
