Backhoe operator wanted in Oglala Lakota County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. You will work in an open-cast quarry. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones On a typical shift you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
