Bread and bun maker wanted in Stokes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Stokes County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
