Waitress wanted in Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Polk County, Nebraska. You will work at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Meals and transport allowance provided.
