What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
