Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Butler County, Nebraska. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns 6+ years on the tools preferred.
