PVC window installer — Sumter County

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Sumter County, South Carolina. The role involves take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
