Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Barton County, Kansas. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
