Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in San Miguel County, Colorado. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. Your main tasks: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
