Kitchen steward wanted in Cherokee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cherokee County, Alabama. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 5+ years on the tools preferred.
