Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofer in City of Emporia, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
