Restoration bricklayer — Cameron County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Cameron County, Texas. The job is on a commercial construction site. The role involves raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Full-time with occasional weekends.
