Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Falls County, Texas. The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
