Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Reeves County, Texas. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
