Kitchen porter — Borden County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Borden County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
