We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Lavaca County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Performance bonus on top of base pay.
