Bakery assistant wanted in Seminole County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Seminole County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Part-time with flexible hours.
