Painter — Elmore County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Elmore County, Idaho. You will work at a property maintenance company. You will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
