Immediate opening: we are hiring a packing operator in Jackson County, Minnesota. The job is on a factory production line. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt What we are looking for: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift Part-time with flexible hours.
