Dish pit attendant • Foard County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Foard County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
