Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Floyd County, Texas. The job is at a busy production line. Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Rotating shifts.
