Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Wayne County, Iowa. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift.
