Die-casting operator wanted in Drew County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills The role involves shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
