Formwork carpenter — Borough of Oldham

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Borough of Oldham, England. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Day-to-day duties: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
