Now hiring: we are hiring a line assembler in Macon County, Alabama. You will work at a busy assembly plant. Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
