Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Racine County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square.
