Elevator technician — Graham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Graham County, Kansas. Day to day you will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 3+ years on the tools preferred.
