Powder coating technician • Bichi, Kano State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Bichi, Kano State. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
