Kitchen steward — San Saba County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in San Saba County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
