Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Alamosa County, Colorado. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
