Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Oceana County, Michigan. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
